ELBOW MACARONI, POTATO, AND CHICKEN CUTLETS RECIPE IN MY STYLE BY MISS SHEZA:

 ELBOW MACARONI, POTATO, AND CHICKEN CUTLETS RECIPE IN MY STYLE: 

So here I want to share my recipe to make crispy elbow macaroni, potato, and chicken cutlets.

INGREDIENTS

  • Elbow macaroni 1& 1/2 Cup
  • Water 3-4 Cups (as required) 
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp
  • Boiled potato 3
  • Boiled chicken (shredded) 1&1/2 Cup
  • Capsicum 1/4 cup ( chopped)
  • Carrot 1/4 cup ( chopped)
  • Onion 1 ( chopped)
  • Black pepper 1tsp
  • Salt 1tsp to your taste)
  • Chili flakes 1tsp ( as your taste)
  • Fresh coriander 3 tbsp (chopped) 
  • Green chilies 2 ( chopped)
  • Soya sauce 1tbsp
  • Vinegar 1tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1tbsp
  • Garam masala 1tsp
  • Cumin ( jeera) 1tsp


INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR CUTLETS TOPPING:

  • All-purpose flour 1 Cup
  • Cornflour 2 tbsps
  • Breadcrumbs 2 Cups ( as required) 
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt pinch
  • Eggs 2-3
  • Oil


ELBOW MACARONI, POTATO, AND CHICKEN  CUTLETS PREPARATION METHOD: 

  • First of all, boil elbow macaroni in water with 1/2 tsp of salt and 2 tbsps of vegetable oil. When it is cooked properly drain all water and wash it with water to remove extra starch.


  • Take a bowl to add boiled elbow macaroni, boiled potato, boiled chicken( shredded), capsicum, carrot, onion, black pepper, chili flakes, fresh coriander, green chili, soya sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, garam masala, and cumin, and mix it with the help of masher and refrigerator for 20 minutes.


  • Take a bowl add All purpose flour and cornflour and mix them well and set them aside.


  • Take another bowl add breadcrumbs, black pepper, and salt and mix them well, and set aside.


  • Take another bowl add 2-3 eggs and beat it and set aside.


  • Now grease your hands with oil take a mixture and make the shape of a cutlet according to your choice.


  • Now coat cutlets in all-purpose flour then coat egg and then coat with breadcrumbs.


  • Take a frying pan add vegetable oil and fry cutlets from both sides until golden brown.


  • Now Elbow macaroni, potato, and chicken cutlets are ready with chili garlic ketchup and eat with your family and friends.
