COCONUT MACAROONS:
So here I want to share my recipe to make coconut macaroons.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Cups Coconut powder
- 1Cup sugar
- 5 Eggs whites
- 1-2 pinch red food color ( your choice)
COCONUT MACAROONS PREPARATION METHOD:
Take a bowl to add 5 eggs whites, and 1 cup sugar, and mix it well then add 2 cups coconut powder and mix it and add red food color and mix them well and the batter is ready.
Now take a nonstick pan add batter and cook for 6-7 minutes on low flame.
BAKING PROCESS:
Take a baking tray grease it with oil, place a butter paper then place portions of coconut batter at some distance.
BAKE WITHOUT OVEN:
Take a pot or patella and put a steel stand/ plate and
cover with lid.
Place the tray in the pot or patella which is preheated for 10 minutes cover it with a lid and bake it for 30_35 mins at medium to low flame.
Do not remove it from the pot or patella until it cools down otherwise it breaks.
Coconut macaroons are ready
