DELICIOUS WALNUT CAKE IN MY STYLE:
Walnut cake is different from whipped cream cake. The cake is so soft and the flavor is very delicious. Walnut cake is eaten with tea and always be a part of parties and get to gathers.
So here I want to share my secret recipe to make delicious Walnut cake.
INGREDIENTS:
- Butter
- Powder sugar
- Eggs ( Room temperature)
- All-purpose flour ( sieve)
- Baking Powder
- Vanilla essence
- Walnuts
- Honey
CAKE BATTER METHOD:
Take a bowl and add 1& 1/2 cup chop walnuts, 1 tbsp powder sugar, and 2-3 tbsp natural honey and then mix well. Set aside
Take a bowl and add 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup powder sugar and beat it well until it becomes smooth and creamy.
Add one egg and 1/2 tbsp All-purpose flour then beat 3 minutes and then add one egg and 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour then beat it 3 minutes and then add one egg and 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour then beat it 3 minutes. Then add 2 teaspoons baking powder and combine and then add 2-3 drops vanilla essence and combine.
Add 1 cup all-purpose flour (sieve) in three portions just mixed till well combine with a spoon ( do not use beater) clockwise at low speed until it becomes smooth and creamy.
BAKE PREPARATION METHOD:
Take a 6-inch cake mould and grease with oil and then place a butter paper and then add half cake batter and add half walnut mixture then add the left batter and walnut mixture respectively.
BAKE WITHOUT OVEN:
Take a pot( patella) and put a steel stand/ plate and cover with lid.
In the pot (patella)preheat it for 10 minutes at high flame and After that put, this cake batter whipped and then cover with a lid and then bake for 40- 50 minutes at low flame.
BAKE IN OVEN:
Preheat the oven for 25 minutes at 180° and then bake it for 25-30 minutes at 180°
Place on a wire rack to cool for 10 minutes then remove cake from the mould and then slice.
Walnut cake is ready now served it with tea and eat it with your family and friends.
