HOMEMADE PASTA IN WHITE SAUCE RECIPE BY MISS SHEZA:

 HOMEMADE PASTA IN WHITE SAUCE RECIPE:

Pasta is one of the most important Italian dishes and is very popular all over the world. Pasta eats in all over the world with different sauces and preparation styles that influence and tell the culture of that specific area and taste of their inhabitants. People also add different toppings and sauces according to their flavors. White sauce pasta is one of my favorite pasta recipes and here I want to share it in my style of white sauce pasta. You can add flavors and toppings to pasta and make your pasta recipe. If you are fond of chicken the add it in cream and milk sauce and a pinch of black pepper and enjoyed it by adding some additional cheese that enhances flavor and favorite meal at dinner and supper time. If you are a vegetable lover then the white sauce pasta recipe is one of the best. Prepared your pasta with corn, tomato, capsicum, carrot, and any other according to your preference with cream, milk, and cheese with some olives and jalapenos with super delicious cheese. You can also bake it in the oven and cook it in a pan. You take it with bread, garlic bread slice and without any bread.

INGREDIENTS OF WHITE SAUCE PASTA:


    PASTA (BOILING)

1:1 pack of (500gm) gluten-free pasta 

2:Vegetable oil

3:Salt

4:Water (for boiling)

    VEGETABLES AND CHICKEN

1:Carrot 1 cup

2:Tomato 1 cup

3:Red and Green capsicum 1 Cup

4:Baby corn 1Cup

5:Onion fine chopped 1 Cup

6:Bone less Chicken (Fine Chopped)

     WHITE SAUCE 

1:Butter 2Tbsp

2:Milk 4 cups

3:All-purpose flour 2 Tbsp.

4:Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp.

5:Olives

6:Cream

7:Cheese 

      SPICES

Black Pepper

1:Salt

2:Chili Flakes

3:Oregano

4:Paprika Powder

5:Jalapenos


  RECIPE OF WHITE SAUCE PASTA:

Boil pasta in water with a pinch of salt and oil. When pasta boil properly drains the water and wash it with cold water to remove all extra starch and add olive oil or vegetable oil.

For vegetables sauté add olive oil or butter in a pan add some ginger garlic paste with onion and sauté it until it translucent then add all vegetables with chicken and cook for just 2 minutes then add all spices black pepper, salt, and chili flakes according to your taste buds.

For white Sauce add butter to the pan with flour and cook it until it appears light brown. Cook it for at least 2 minutes then add milk and continuously whisk it with a spatula so that no mass sticks and make clumps. When it becomes thick add cream and cheese and cook until bubbles appear on the surface of the sauce then add all spices according to your flavor with oregano, olives and mix it with pasta and sauté Vegies and chicken then add some extra cheese after serving in bowl and microwave it for just 1 minute. Your delicious pasta is ready and enjoyed it with friends and family.
