PIZZA RECIPE IN MY STYLE BY MISS SHEZA:

 PIZZA RECIPE IN MY STYLE:

Pizza is one of the most popular dishes all over the world. It is an Italian dish. Pizza is made in different styles with different ingredients in different areas. People make their own choices with cheese, vegetables and chickens, sauces and spices. Here I like to share with you a basic pizza recipe common in Pakistan.

DOUGH INGREDIENTS:

All-purpose flour 8 cups
Dry milk powder 4 tablespoons
Sugar 2 tablespoons
Salt 1 tablespoon
Instant yeast 4 tsp
Vegetable Oil 8 tablespoons

DOUGH PREPARATION METHOD:

Take a bowl and add all dry ingredients and mix it well and knead with warm water and add oil and knead it well for 10 min dough until soft and smooth.
Apply oil to a bowl and keep the dough in the bowl and apply oil to the dough. After that cover and leave it to rest in a warm place for 4 hours or until in double size. You can make 4 medium size pizzas for the above-mentioned quantity.
Can be stored for 2-3 days refrigerator and 1 month in the freezer.


PIZZA SAUCE INGREDIENTS:

Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Tomatoes chopped 2 cups
Onion chopped 1 large
Namak 1/2 tsp
Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Dried oregano 1/2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili crushed 1 tsp
Hot sauce 1 tsp


PIZZA SAUCE PREPARATION METHOD:

In a pan add oil, garlic, ginger and onion saute until it becomes translucent then add tomatoes cook until soft then add salt, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, chili sauce,  hot sauce, white pepper, black pepper, sugar, Dried oregano, Red chili powder, and Red chili flakes and cook until the sauce become thick than grinding it.


CHICKEN INGREDIENTS:

Boneless chicken( Cubes ) 2 Cup
Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Red chili flakes 1tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Vinegar 1tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp

CHICKEN PREPARATION METHOD:

 In the bowl add chicken, garlic, ginger (paste), lemon juice, red chili powder, red chili flakes, salt, black pepper, coriander powder, vinegar mixture, and marinate for 30 minutes.
In the pan add oil and marinate the chicken, cook for 15 minutes on medium to a low flame when the chicken is ready and give a coal smoke for 2-3 minutes, set aside.

PIZZA PREPARATION INGREDIENTS:

Cheddar Cheese 
Mozzarella Cheese
Pizza Sauce
Chicken
Onion( julienned)
Tomato( julienned)
Capsicum( julienned)
Olives ( black, green)
Jalapeno
Dry oregano
Red chili Flakes


PIZZA PREPARATION METHOD WITHOUT OVEN:

Now take Large size dough ball and roll it and put on the Nonstick tawa( grease the tawa with oil) and prick with a fork. and spread pizza sauce, sprinkle cheddar cheese mozzarella cheese, cooked chicken, onion, capsicum, tomato again cheddar, and mozzarella cheese then olives, jalapeno, and then sprinkle dry oregano, and red chili flakes.
Turn on the flame, cover, and cook on medium to low flame cook for 15 -20minutes( until cheese melts).
