STRAWBERRY JAM CAKE IN MY STYLE BY MISS SHEZA:

 STRAWBERRY JAM CAKE IN MY STYLE:

Strawberry jam cake is so soft and the flavor is very delicious. So here I want to share my recipe to make a delicious strawberry jam cake.


STRAWBERRY  SPONGE CAKE INGREDIENTS:

  • All-purpose flour 1 cup
  • Powder sugar 1 cup
  • 4 eggs whites( room temperature)
  • 4 eggs yolk ( room temperature)
  • Baking powder 1tsp.
  • Butter 3 tbsps ( melted)
  • Strawberry jam 3 tbsps
  • Butter (melted) 2 tbsps
  • Vanilla Essence 2-3 droops

STRAWBERRY  SPONGE CAKE METHOD:

Take a bowl and add 4 eggs whites and then beat it well until it becomes into fluffy and creamy form. After that take another bowl and add 4 eggs yolk and 1/2 cup sugar ( powder) and then beat 1 minute and then add 1/2 cup sugar ( powder) and then beat it well until it becomes light and creamy.

Now put this eggs yolk batter into an egg white bowl and beat it for 5 seconds and then add 1tsp baking powder, 2-3 drops of vanilla essence,3 tbsp strawberry jam, and 2 tbsp melted butter, and mix it well. and after that will be add 1 cup All-purpose flour( sieve) in three portions just mixed till well combine with a spoon ( do not use electric beater) clockwise at low speed until it becomes smooth and creamy.

BAKING:

Take an eight inches cake mold and grease with oil and then place a butter paper and then add cake batter and set it well.

BAKE WITHOUT OVEN:

Take a pot( patella) and put steel stand/ plate and cover with a lid and then preheat it for 10 minutes at high flame and after that put this cake batter mold and then cover with a lid and then bake 30-35 minutes at low flame.
And then, your cake sponge is ready, and rest it until it become at room temperature


STRAWBERRY JAM INGREDIENTS:

  •  600  gram Strawberry ( chopped)
  • 1 Cup Powder Sugar
  • 1&1/2 tbsp lemon juice.

STRAWBERRY JAM METHOD: 

Take a nonstick pan, add 600g Chopped strawberry, 1 cup powder sugar, and mix well and cook on low flame for 20 minutes and then add 1&1/2 tbsp lemon juice and mix well and cook on low flame for 25-30 minutes. Strawberry jam is ready and lets it cool down.

STRAWBERRY SYRUP INGREDIENTS: 

  • 300-gram strawberry 
  • 2&1/2 Cups Water
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar

STRAWBERRY SYRUP METHOD:

Take a pan, add 300-gram strawberry, 2&1/2 Cups water, and mix well and cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes and then strain the liquid with the help of the strainer.
Take a pan, add liquid, 1/2 cup sugar and mix continuously and cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes. Strawberry syrup is ready and lets it cool down.

 STRAWBERRY JAM WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING  INGREDIENTS: 

  •   Chilled Olper's cream/ Milk pack cream ( 1 small pack)
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Strawberry Jam 6-7 tbsps
  • Large steel bowl
  • Chilled Small steel bowl
  • Ice cube 4 cups
  • Electric Beater

STRAWBERRY JAM WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING  METHOD:

Take a large steel bowl and put 4 cups ice cube and then put chilled small steel bowl and add 1 small pack chilled Olper's cream and then beat it for 5-6 minutes at low speed until thick and then add 1 tbsp sugar and then beat it well for 5-6minutes at low speed until thick and fluffy and add 6-7tbsps strawberry Jam and beat 2 minutes at high speed.
 Strawberry Whipped cream frosting is ready.

STRAWBERRY JAM CAKE PREPARATION INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 Sponge Cake 
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Strawberry (slices)
  • 1 Cup Strawberry Jam 
  • 1 Cup Strawberry  Syrup
  • Strawberry Jam Whipped Cream

STRAWBERRY JAM CAKE PREPARATION METHOD: 

Cake sponge cut it into 3 layers.
Take a  serving platter and spread 1 layer of cake and then sprinkle with strawberry syrup, spread strawberry whipped cream, and then place second cake layer and sprinkle with strawberry syrup and spreading fresh strawberry slices and then place third cake layer and sprinkle with strawberry syrup and then cover the sides and top with strawberry whipped cream and decorate the cake with strawberry jam and strawberry whipped cream frosting.

Delicious Strawberry Jam cake is ready.
Serve Chilled.
