POTATO AND CHICKEN PINWHEELS RECIPE IN MY STYLE:

POTATO AND CHICKEN PINWHEELS RECIPE IN MY STYLE: 

Each opportunity visitors get back home and we need to cook something, we sit and think for extended periods, at last, to just make potato cutlets and wastes. Might it be said that we are completely worn out on the standard, worn-out exhausting food? All things considered, I'm certain even our visitors and children are exhausted! Don't you stress, since today with this formula of potato pinwheels you will be wonderfully astonished at how straightforward yet delectable a custom-made bite can taste!

So here I want to share my recipe to make Crispy potato and chicken pinwheels.


DOUGH INGREDIENTS: 

All-purpose flour 1&1/2 cup

Semolina (suji) 3 tbsp

Cumin (jeera) 1 tsp

Ajwain 1/2 tsp

Salt (to your taste)

Oil 4 tbsp

Water (as your required)



FILLING INGREDIENTS: 

Boiled potato 3-4

Boiled chicken ( shredded) 1cup

Salt 1/2 tsp (as to your taste)

Cumin (jeera) 1 tsp

Black pepper 1/2 tsp

Chili flakes 1/2 tsp

Green chilies 1(to your taste) 

Coriander 3tbsp

Garam masala 1/2 tsp ( as your taste)

Oil


COATING INGREDIENTS: 

2 tbsps all-purpose flour

1/2tbsp cornflour 

Water 


DOUGH PREPARATION METHOD: 

Take a bowl to add All-purpose flour, semolina( sooji), cumin, ajwain, and salt then mix it well and add oil 4 tbsps oil and mix it well and then knead it with water until hard dough then cover and rest it for 15-20 minutes. Dough is ready


FILLING PREPARATION METHOD: 

Take a bowl add boiled potato, boiled chicken (shredded), salt, cumin, black pepper, chili flakes, green chilies, coriander, and garam masala, and mix well. The mixture is ready and set aside


Take a frying pan add vegetable oil 2-3 tbsps and place the mixture and cook on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes. Pinwheels filling is ready.


COATING PREPARATION METHOD: 

Take a small bowl add All purpose flour, cornflour, and water, and make a thin paste


PINWHEELS PREPARATION METHOD: 

Dough kneads again until smooth and divided into 2 parts. 

Take one part make a ball and roll the dough with the help of a rolling pin into a circle shape and then spread the filling and then tightly roll it and then cut it into a Pinwheels shape.

Take a frying pan add oil and take a pinwheel and coat and fry pinwheels from both sides until golden brown.

Now crispy potato and chicken pinwheels are ready to enjoy chili garlic ketchup and eat with your family and friends.
